My neighbour is legally growing medical marijuana... but what about the smell?

Living next to someone who has a medical license to grow marijuana may not be your preference and the smell is often something people can’t tolerate. Our reporter, John Himpe, joined Angela Kokott in studio to share a story he's been following similar to this.  The Calgary Police Service does not take action if marijuana is being legally grown… simply because it is not a criminal offense. Angela is joined by councillor, Brian Pincott, to find out what does the city do when they receive complaints around marijuana growing. What can the city control?
