But regardless, time to jump into one of the most influential years in the history of the scene, 1993. The sound that year was defined by a shift toward faster, darker, and more complex beats. The Jungle/Drum & Bass sound embedded now. Hardcore was flying in 93 too, but we’ll get to that in Pt.2. For this first part we have everything from Lemon D to LTJ, Scott & Keith to Studio Pressure.
