My path + a pause (BONUS)

Hey this is a bonus episode as I do for each season . In this episode I take you along how my path has been, the losses , sacrifices how it’s altered my brain and caused me to move. On this path it’s sacred to take a pause in life: which is what I am doing! After sharing my journey I take breaks to regroup (I’m still growing) .
