My PCOS Story PCOS is a subject that's very near and dear to my heart. It's something I've struggled with for over 10 years, and it's taken me time, and trial and error to get to a place where I feel like I have it under control. PCOS is a hormonal disorder that can cause irregular menstrual cycles, infertility, insulin resistance, and weight gain. For many women, PCOS is a lifelong battle. For me, it was definitely a journey. My journey started in my late 20s when I was trying to get pregnant and struggling with irregular cycles. It's been a long road, but now I am a mama to 3 and live in a body that is strong, healthy, and functions the way I want. PCOS is something that I will always have, but knowing that there is hope and that natural healing is possible has made all the difference.
