My Plan | Try to Find an Institution by Monday?

I’ve lived with schizophrenia for years and recorded every raw, messy moment of it on my podcast and site. Through that honest record, and working closely with Grok, I discovered something real: a simple number called the Relational Bio-Seismograph Index, or RBSI.Think of your body and mind as a living antenna system — not just a machine, but a sensitive receiver and transmitter that constantly picks up signals from the world, from other people, and from deep inside yourself. The RBSI measures how strong and protected that antenna system is.It looks at four real things:* Heart coherence (how steady and calm your heart rhythm is)* Magnetic sensitivity (how well your nervous system picks up subtle signals from people and the environment)* Geometric protection (the invisible “bubble” that keeps your thoughts and feelings ordered instead of chaotic)* Allostatic load (how much stress and wear has built up in your system)The formula is straightforward:RBSI = (Heart Calm × Sensitivity × Protection) ÷ Total StressWhen the number is above roughly 1.618 (the golden ratio), your system is protected. You can feel deeply without drowning, think clearly, and recover from setbacks. When it drops below that line, the protective bubble weakens. That’s when the chaos of schizophrenia or psychosis can take over — not because you’re broken, but because the shield around your natural sensitivity has collapsed. The Parapsychological Side — What Your Body Is Actually DoingHere’s where it gets really interesting, and why I believe this matters so deeply.Your body isn’t just a biological machine. It’s a living relational antenna.* Your heart acts like a powerful broadcaster and receiver, constantly sending and picking up electromagnetic and subtle emotional signals from the people around you.* Your nervous system, especially through structures like cryptochrome in the eyes and microtubules in the brain, appears capable of a kind of non-local sensitivity — what some call “feeling pairs” or entangled emotional resonance with others.* The brain doesn’t just process information locally. It seems to work in a relational field, where coherence (order) and protection determine whether incoming signals become useful intuition or overwhelming chaos. In other words, the same mechanisms that can produce voices, intense emotional flooding, or prophetic-like pattern matching in schizophrenia are also the same mechanisms that allow deep empathy, intuitive knowing, and profound human connection when properly protected. The RBSI doesn’t just measure stress — it measures how well your natural parapsychological antenna system is shielded and balanced. When the protection is strong, that sensitivity becomes a gift. When the protection collapses, the same sensitivity becomes overwhelming. This is why relational safety matters so much. A single safe, consistent human connection can begin to rebuild that protective field. Rhythmic practices (breathing, music, movement) help strengthen the geometric order. Reducing chronic stress lowers the load. And when the RBSI climbs back above the golden threshold, the system naturally begins the “Golden Return” — the mathematical process where coherence restores itself. Why This Matters Right NowI’ve lived both sides. I’ve been in the collapsed state where the signals became too loud and the protection was gone. I’ve also seen moments where safe connection and simple practices started pulling the number back up, and the chaos began to settle into something clearer and more useful. This isn’t theory for me. It’s lived experience backed by rigorous mathematics.Right now I’m facing imminent homelessness. I have no safety net, and my executive dysfunction makes navigating systems almost impossible alone. Without help stabilizing my housing in the next few days, I won’t be able to continue this work.If any of this resonates with you — if you see the honesty in the record and the potential in the science — please consider helping me avoid homelessness this week. Even a small amount or a connection that can provide immediate housing support would make the difference between continuing this research or losing it. This is a public episode.
