My Plans Were Ruined By Things Beyond My Control

Good afternoon, Everyone!And it really is. Even though I had a couple of things happen earlier than I felt wrecked my plans, there was something that helped to change my outlook about it.We tend to fixate on the negative more than the positive, as human beings.I’m trying to get better at that, but it’s a work in progress. A few things didn’t go my way at first today. But I’ve gotten better over the years at realizing what I can and can’t control.I can’t control a lot of what happens to me, but I CAN control how I react to it.Give this episode a listen and let me know what you think about the topic.
