My SEC Predictions For 2023 | SEC Football 2023 | College Football 2023

The long-awaited and delayed 2023 SEC Predictions video is finally here. The Southeastern Conference has earned the reputation of being the best conference in College Football, as they are currently on a four-year streak of winning the National Title and they consistently finish with more than two Top 10 teams. Georgia, out-of-conference Ohio State, and Alabama are the Top 3 in roster talent, and LSU and Texas A&M are in the Top 10 in that category as well. The best talent is down south and typically stays down south to play. However, not is all well in the SEC every year. Georgia and Alabama are both outside of the Top 100 in returning production, and while both the Crimson Tide and the Bulldogs will likely reload, this lack of experience could also cause some problems. Texas A&M had an awful year after signing the No.1 recruiting class in 2022, but now they are Top 20 in returning production and they have 5-star quarterback Connor Weigman starting, along with a loaded defense. Tennessee losses all of their key weapons but returns running back Jamari Small has wide receiver Squirrel White waiting to explode, and they grabbed fellow receiver Dont'E Thorton from the transfer portal. Ole Miss, Kentucky, and Auburn are other teams who are poised to have competitive seasons in SEC play. I predict Georgia and Alabama to be the two best teams in the conference, with Georgia repeating as SEC Champions, but losing in the College Football Playoff to Ohio State in the Sugar Bowl. There are so many outcomes entering the SEC's final season without Texas and Oklahoma. Here are some questions that mention those outcomes: - Will Alabama return to the top of the SEC, or has Georgia (perhaps permanently) overtaken the Crimson Tide in the SEC hierarchy? - Can LSU use its experience and income transfer portal class to win the SEC West for the 2nd year in a row? - With the most physically capable roster in the conference, does Kirby Smart go 15-0 again and win the National Championship for the third year in a row? - Who will be the SEC's surprise team this year? Last year it was Mississippi State and LSU, is it Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, or someone else this year? - Does Jimbo Fisher survive this year, or does he get fired by the Aggies? - Can Billy Napier keep the Florida program running smoothly with a daunting schedule ahead?
