My Spooky Bitch Genesis
from Death Is Everything Hosted by Marianne Parise
The classic adage “one person’s trash is another’s treasure” is apropos for this week’s guest. Jessica of Holzbrennen Studio is an artist who works with what she dubs “trashion”: clothing made from up-cycled discarded materials. Her works are both intricate pieces of fashion and an excellent way to repurpose refuse. We talk about the inspiration behind her projects, her goals and aspirations, and of course her outlook on death and burial. Tune in and check out Jessica’s amazing creations!
