My Story- A journey into the conditioning and life events that led me to a path of transformation

I get super intimate and personal in this one so you all can get to know me more and so that you can understand the different levels of conditioning, trauma and wounds that I am healing and have healed and found many solutions to now. I hope that this resonates with many and I know it will find just who needs to hear it so you may too begin a profound journey of transformation. To have a healing journey be our path is incredibly beautiful but it is also incredibly painful and challenging and sometimes people inadvertently skip to all the rewards and the rainbows that come after the storm because I think they are scared to go backwards and also scared to scare people off from a soul healing path. I understand this but it does not make it right. To not speak to pain doesn’t make it go away it only helps it to grow. A true healing journey is FULL of darkness and light and as it goes on we find that many times there is far more light in the actual darkness if we can sit in it and with it long enough.
