My Testimony: I Got Sober in 2025 and Found God Again (Psalm 1, KJV)

“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly… but his delight is in the law of the Lord.” (Psalm 1:1–2, KJV)This is a reading of Psalm 1 from the King James Version, followed by my personal testimony of how I got sober in 2025 and found God again.In a world filled with noise and artificial voices, this is a real human reading. A voice that has walked through addiction, doubt, and darkness. A voice that now speaks from a place of healing. There is something sacred about opening the Bible, speaking the Word aloud, and letting it wash over you like water.Psalm 1 reminds us that the righteous are like trees planted by rivers of living water. When we turn from the path of destruction and open our hearts to the Lord, healing begins. Not overnight, not all at once — but deeply and truly. This Psalm marked a shift in my life.
