My Thoughts, Should You Turn Your Light Down?

Have you ever had a time when you felt people were to quiet and not quick enough at responding.  They just don’t seem to get you, they are obviously not on your wavelength. They are so quiet when you talk, it takes an age for them to respond. I am not sure they are all there when we are in meeting. It really got on my nerves, hours and hours if not days of deliberation.Is the problem them?
