MY TIME OFF SOCIAL MEDIA.. AND DEALING WITH DISTRACTIONS: #258

from The Like Attracts Like Podcast · host Pat Mahan

It was a common theme in my life to walk around unconsciously blocking any painful or unwanted emotion deeeeep down in my subconscious and in all of the cells of my body... :)    As I began to heal and allow these energies to be heard... I noticed that I would feel lighter ... and I would feel less of a need to be destructive or distracted... I found greater clarity in the moment , and I allowed myself to continue the process of fine tuning my energy.. the narrative that I was allowing myself to manipulate that energy.. and what would happen if I stopped allowing that... If I stopped myself from whatever it was my mind was saying to me that caused me to keep choosing distractions..while at the same time making excuses for why I was experiencing them... The process of removing toxic behaviors from your life.. so that you may develop a narrative that allows you to understand that you don't  "NEED" to do them.. and you can allow smoother choices with your energy and the direction of each coming moment ..
