The triangle of happiness includes the 3 factors to consider when dealing with a client.  If they pay their bills on time, are generally a good person and they make you money then they are an ideal client.   But if they are only one of these things or even none, do you really want to be dealing with them? Probably not! Don't be afraid to fire clients who don't meet your happiness criteria.
