It has a rich Mayan history: Guatemala is the heartland of the ancient Mayan civilization, with numerous archaeological sites like Tikal, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. 3. It's known for its volcanoes: Guatemala is home to over 30 volcanoes, some of which are active, like Fuego, Pacaya, and Santiaguito. 4. It has a diverse culture: Guatemala boasts a diverse culture with 21 Mayan languages spoken alongside Spanish, and unique traditions like the use of old American school buses as public transportation. 5. Andre Soueid Andre Soueid An up and coming Lebanese artist and a passionate violinist, Andre Soueid was born on the 18th of May, 1992. He began his musical path at the young age of 6 at the Lebanese National Conservatory. His musical career began at the age of 9; he began small, performing mostly in weddings. From then on, he has been on a continuous rise to great success. Being young gave him the advantage of playing at various events, such as on yachts and with different DJs spicing up the nightlife, pubs and clubs, mixing up classical and modern music.
