My viewpoint on social media automation tools
from LinkedIn SUPREMACY on the GO · host Tilly Davies
I strongly believe that automation tools can do more harm than good. Here's why: ▶️ The accuracy of LinkedIn user information is dependent on the user updating it regularly. So you might be reaching out to the wrong person creating huge annoyance ▶️ You need to do research on the LinkedIn user to determine if they will be a good fit for your service even if they are a match according to a search. ▶️ It is rude! You are in effect saying to the LinkedIn user they are not worthy of your time or attention. Automation tools can limit your creativity and flexibility on LinkedIn. When you rely on these tools to do the work for you, you might miss out on opportunities to engage with your audience in new and interesting ways. LinkedIn is all about creativity and spontaneity, and automation tools can stifle that spirit. So, if you're considering using automation tools on social media, I urge you to think twice. Instead, focus on building genuine, authentic relationships with your followers. It might take more time and effort, but in the end, it will be well worth it.
