Join me for My Walking Tour Chat with Michael Carr, who works with Pearse Lyons Distillery in The Liberties in Dublin. In a previous life, Michel worked with the Powers Whiskey brand and as part of that role, he used to bring enthusiasts on a whiskey walking tour of old Dublin. He kindly agreed to come out of retirement for the day and bring me along the old route.  But before we set off walking, we stayed in Pearse Lyons Distillery for a little while and found out a little more about the Pearse project..
