Mykki Blanco — musician, performance artist, poet and activist became canonised so soon after releasing their first mixtape that within a year they were a style icon, a recognised trailblazer and toured with Björk. With over a decade now of music, Mykki is constantly experimenting, pushing boundaries with their sound and how they project themselves. Their latest work, Postcards From Italia even leaves rap behind to namecheck Tom Petty.
