He had responsibilities, a mortgage and wife and new born on the way but the current state of his work was giving him panic attacks and anxiety. Myles knew that he had to make a change and so he launched a podcast called Relish the Journey where he connected with all types of successful and interesting people whom he aspired to be like and get them on a podcast phone call to ask them questions about how they ended up where they currently where in life. His podcast got to be so successful that it was in the top 5 podcasts just 2 behind the famous podcaster Joe Rogan. Myles making a change in his life and starting his podcast connecting with all kinds of amazing people led him onto all kinds of speaking events, writing a book and giving a TEDx talk.
