Every Year, A Special Appearance! Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP) ends on December 7th. You can select a Medicare Advantage plan OR a standalone Prescription Drug Plan (Part D), and change as many times as you like, the last one selected will be the one in effect on January 1, 2019. In addition, there will be a NEW Open Enrollment Period that begins on January 1, 2019. However, there are differences that people need to understand.
