Ramos also worked undercover narcotics and infiltrated the Cuban mob. He’s 3X Las Vegas Police Officer of the Year and a native Las Vegan. Dr. (Det) Troy Looney, Ph.D., began his career in Akron, Ohio, with the Akron Police Department in 1992. He is currently serving as an active police detective in his 30-plus years in law enforcement.
