Learning ABOUT God can be a dangerous thing if you think of God as a hard lesson to be learned. We are told to LOVE God and to love Him, we must KNOW Him. So we are learning who God is and what He said! That is all doctrine is! Benefits of learning biblical truth (doctrine): Greater love for God. There is no one greater you will ever meet or enjoy more. Learning to study His Word more effectively. To know Him, you need to hear from Him. More ability to explain and defend your faith in God. Someone so great deserves to be introduced! If you will humbly work to hear God's Word and love Him, it will change your life. I look forward to continuing the journey with you.
