N Engl J Med 2026;394:13-26 Sacituzumab Tirumotecan in EGFR-TKI–Resistant, EGFR-Mutated Advanced NSCLC

This study evaluates the effectiveness of sacituzumab tirumotecan, a novel antibody-drug conjugate, for patients with advanced lung cancer whose disease has worsened despite standard treatments. By comparing this new drug against traditional chemotherapy, researchers discovered that it doubled the duration of progression-free survival and significantly extended the lives of those involved in the trial.
