N49: What the Homeopath Means by ’Experience’

When going to a homeopath who is looking for rare and peculiar symptoms, they are looking for the remedy in the ‘experience’ realm of the patient.  Personal experience was taken away by Johnson’s dictionary of 1755 and now words are supposed to mean the same for everyone. That is not the case. Without asking for more, or the ability to see what the person is experiencing, we truly are not seeing the person's experience but rather a reflection of our own. Question for today –  What is the difference between a remedy prescribed on ‘experience’ and someone not prescribing on it?
