Ao longo da pandemia, em algum momento, você tentou assistir a um filme e, do nada, desistiu? Situações como essas mostram que, em meses de isolamento social por conta do novo coronavírus, conforme já discutimos em outras oportunidades, boa parte das pessoas tem tido a impressão de que o tempo está passando "diferente", afetando a nossa capacidade de atenção no dia a dia em situações corriqueiras. Diante desse cenário, nesta edição do CBN e a Família, Adriana Müller convidou os ouvintes a exercitarem a mente para saber como está sua capacidade de concentração. A pergunta é: "o que, afinal, prende - ou tem prendido a sua atenção?".  "Em meio ao isolamento social e tantos estímulos virtuais, de redes sociais e telas variadas, isso acaba afetando, realmente, a nossa capacidade de atenção. Uma comunicação diluída estamos enfrentando. A gente tem que entender como ponto de alerta quando a dificuldade da concentração passa a ficar atrelada a sinais de desgaste emocional e ansiedade", orienta a comentarista. Mas Adriana destaca: é sempre bom olhar pelo lado positivo. "Se algo te prende a atenção, saiba: ela, realmente, tem algo de especial e que você precisa investir seu tempo", explica.
