Nabilah Islam ran for the Democratic nomination in Georgia’s 7th District and earned the endorsement of AOC’s Courage to Change PAC, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, and Congressman Ro Khanna, to name a few. Despite her strong backing, she didn’t win her primary, but that did not stop her quest for justice.
