NACAC Conference Bonus: Morale and Burnout

Over the summer, we've worked with two guests from season five to conduct research related to staff morale and burnout among college admissions professionals. Some of the results were presented at the NACAC conference. A deeper analysis was published in a 12-page paper, available online. In this episode, each of us raises something interesting or noteworthy from the research, giving us an opportunity to discuss these issues with fewer constraints on time and format than either the paper or the conference.
