Abby is a second generation Latina Canadian whose parents immigrated from El Salvador in 1985, escaping a violent civil war happening at that time. Over the past 8+ years, she has diligently worked to overcome deep and painful trauma stemming from a childhood of violence, abuse and addiction. Through a rigorous journey of personal development, she has achieved a whatever it takes attitude and mindset that has led her to a path of wholistic healing and recovery.
