Name This Love

Obviously, there is reference to Oscar Wilde’s “Love that dare not speak its name” quote here, but I also have in mind the many people today in football, etc. who still find it tremendously difficult to be open about their sexuality, not that it’s any business of mine or anyone else of course. Looked to the stars while he laid in the gutter Norms were so morally proper and clean Outside the box he was always pretending One couldn’t be who one wanted to be And he feels so real In the warmth of another names company What does he know of deals All he knows is this love is the one love that speaks for him Name this love And then lie with me Can you name this love And then lie with me Just lie with me No I in team for a room full of liars No fear in him as the names are revealed Back of the shirt, one is merely a number The lower the number, the bigger the deal And he feels so real In the warmth of another names company What does he know of deals All he knows is this love is the one love that speaks for him Name this love And then lie with me Can you name this love And then lie with me Just lie with me
