But did you know that naming your emotions could help you tame it?  In this episode, we discover the practice of 'Name it to Tame it.' In this approach, we are able to regulate our emotions through rational thinking. Giving the emotion a name or even an alter ego, helps us to deal with the negative responses that resonate in our body.  We know that life is not void of problems and challenges. However, when we understand what we are feeling internally it helps to build resiliency.
