Nancy Grace Show HLN interviewed Mark Henkel - Jan 14, 2014

National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was interviewed by Nancy Grace on the television program, The Nancy Grace Show, on HLN, on January 14, 2014, in response to the December 13, 2013, decision by a federal judge in Utah to strike down the "cohabitation clause" in that State's bigamy law - effectively de-criminalizing "de facto poygamy" (ie., polygamy with only one wife having a government marriage license). The host revealed a visibly and audibly hostile agenda, spoke over Mark Henkel, did not let him answer her questions, and then stopped asking him anything for the last 3 minutes of the segment Nevertheless, Mark Henkel ended appearing as the far more rational person in the exchange, making the positive case for UCAP, unrelated consenting adult polygamy, despite the host.
