Today, Larry goes one on onewith Oaklawn Park Handicapper Nancy Holthus , who discusses and handicaps some of tomorrow’s race card, including the $1,250.000 Grade 2 Rebel Stakes, a Kentucky Derby points race and considered a prep for the Arkansas Derby on March 29th. Nancy also discusses the weather in Hot Springs , Arkansas and why it is the cause for the Rebel being run on Sunday instead of its usual Saturday .
