Nancy first founded Nancy Monson Coaching, Inc., now Leadership Alignment Consulting Group, in 2003 to offer customized leadership and organization development services that support leaders in achieving their highest potential and effectively leading their organizations. For over twenty years, Nancy has specialized in leadership development and organization change strategies.
