NAPL, the trade association for excellence in graphic communications management, is pleased to present the first in a series of podcasts about the activities and speakers at NAPL's Management Institute, taking place August 11th through the 14th at an exciting new location, George Washington University in Washington, DC. Ray is a printing industry veteran with extensive experience in plant assessment, operations training, and troubleshooting. In addition to his work with individual printing companies, Prince has conducted hundreds of seminars, lectures, and training sessions.
