Den gröna given som EU har överlåtit sig till verkar ha gett frikort till vissa politiker och tjänstemän att göra undantag som aldrig annars skulle ha skett. De regelverk som har byggts upp för att skydda skattebetalarna hittar man kreativa sätt att överskrida. Och i mer regel än undantag verkar dessa gröna projekt leda till ekonomiska haverier.
