Caroline is a Coach, Psychotherapist and trauma informed expert in working with those that have been in relationships with people with Narcissistic Trauma.  In this episode we dive deep into the relationship between attachment and authenticity in the development of narcissistic tendencies and the impact this can have on those around them.  Caroline explores the relationship between covert and overt narcissism and the way these can play out between people and the massive and often maddening impact it can have on those around them.  We also get to understand why Wonder Woman and other 'parts' can become beautiful allies in deep body based approaches to healing.
