Nardo and the Princess | Fairy Tales

The story revolves around a king with twin sons, Nardo and Stephen, who are complete opposites in nature. Nardo is compassionate and kind, while Stephen is selfish and greedy. One day, a beggar arrives, seeking shelter, and while Stephen wishes to turn him away, Nardo offers his help. Grateful, the beggar gifts Nardo a magic ring granting non-material wishes. Nardo forgets about the ring until he falls in love with a princess, and uses it to win her love. By singing a dragon to sleep, she reclaims the ring's magic stone, returning it to Nardo, which breaks the spell. Nardo and the princess reunite, and Stephen, somewhat reformed, is forgiven and grows to be a better person.
