Send a text In September, 2023, the NASA UAP Independent Study Team released its report. They recommended that NASA investigate UAP, and made detailed proposals about how NASA can generate scientific advances on this topic. I found this report refreshingly rigorous. Some outlets covered it as a dismissal of the subject, but I read it as a roadmap to serious research.
