Natalie Acknowledging your fear

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Natalie about fear. Natalie works in the movie industry and she discusses with me what its like to work in an industry where it's so competitive that you are not sure if you will make it and how the industry can be cut throat and turn a lot of people away after a while. This is a scary premise that the thing that you love doing in your life can also be harsh, competitive and dog-eat-dog. Natalie encourages us to keep going though, continue to put ourselves out there and network - find good people who are sharing in the journey and how acknowledging our fears can be the best ways to work on becoming better.
