To kick off the new six-part series, Jeffrey and Anna are joined in the studio by the composer and silent film specialist Neil Brand and jazz singer and composer Natalie Duncan, who create a playlist of five tracks which take us from a manic Monday to Blondie’s biggest-selling single, via Sergei Prokofiev’s children’s masterpiece.Cerys Matthews is taking a temporary pause from presenting the programme in order to pursue other musical and literary projects.
