Natalie Ryan Drops All Lawsuits | The PDGA & DGPT Reverse Transgender Policy

from Disc Golf Lawcast

In the past month, Natalie Ryan has dismissed the PDGA from her lawsuit in California federal court and registered for a 2024 Tour Card. Then last week, the PDGA dropped it's "pre-puberty" requirement from its Gender Eligibility Requirements. This reverses their previous decision and will allow transgender women, including Natalie, to participate in the FPO division at PDGA Majors and DGPT events in the upcoming season. If you enjoyed this episode, please consider leaving a review, subscribing to the Podcast, or watching on YouTube Thanks!Find us online:Website discgolf.lawYouTube @DiscGolfdotLawInstagram @discgolfdotlawTwitter @discgolfdotlawTik Tok @discgolf.lawAt DiscGolf.Law, our team understands disc golf culture.
