Natasha Falconi: Real Estate Influencer

I spoke with Natasha Falconi this week on the Women Influencers podcast. She is a Real Estate Investor focused on value-add multi-family properties who loves revitalizing neighborhoods by improving under-performing assets.We discussed her upbringing as a 1st generation American born to Cuban parents, and how this influenced her to pursue accounting. Natasha worked at a Big 6 accounting firm, ending up in the Real Estate Tax department. After switching to a comptroller position at a client’s business, Natasha worked up the ranks to President of the company over 16 years. Then, she decided to start her own company in 2019.
