Nate Johnson is a high school basketball coach, and has spent decades in the food industry.  One of Nate's unique gifts is creating and building a strong culture within the teams he oversees, whether that's on the court, or in a restaurant kitchen. Nate coaches basketball at Paradise High School, the same high school that he attended and graduated from.  A unique challenge he has faced is coaching players who lived through the trauma of a massive wildfire that leveled most of Paradise, CA in 2018.  In this episode we talk about the role love plays in building a thriving culture.
