Nate Leal Steps Into New AD Role | Fresno State Bulldogs Basketball News

Nate Leal is stepping into a bigger role at Fresno State men’s basketball, now serving as Assistant Athletic Director after 15 seasons with the program. From student manager to graduate assistant, he’s been there through thick and thin — including the 2016 Mountain West Tournament win and NCAA run. After a brief high school coaching detour, he returned to Fresno State, rising to Director of Men’s Basketball Operations before the 2019-20 season. Now, he’ll oversee travel, budgets, recruiting logistics, and compliance while supporting coaches with scouting and game prep. A Fresno State alum with degrees in kinesiology and sport psychology, Leal brings both heart and brain to the front office.
