Nate Nelson talks with Frank Kazas

In this episode of The Backlog, Nate Nelson our MD of the US office of ADAPTOVATE, talks with Frank Kazas - Director of Product, Hyatt Hotels Group. Frank Kazas is one of three product directors with Hyatt Hotels Digital team. Frank is responsible for four product teams focussed on the pre-stay experience. He works cross-functionally with design and engineering. This conversation of The Backlog is especially interesting as Frank works with Hyatt, a large global organisation, yet one that is a fantastic example of where the leadership is committed to Agile ways of working.
