Nathalie Cordell: Everything You're Seeking Is Already Within You

What if you've done all the personal development, ticked every box, and still feel a longing for something more? I'm joined by Nathalie Cordell, Accredited Psycho-Spiritual Coach, Leadership Coach, writer of Soul Seeds on Substack and Author of Awakening the Sleeping Queen. After 20 years climbing the corporate ladder in pharma, Nathalie got tired of climbing and decided to see if she could fly instead. She retrained, earning an MA in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching, which she describes as a psychology of hope. Now she helps women reconnect with their inner authority, that voice of wisdom within. Nathalie's turning point came in the year of her 40th birthday. A tough year that made her question everything, and a moment with a wonderful boss that changed the direction of her life. She thought she was a deep thinker who could figure it all out alone. What she discovered was that she was overanalysing. It's really hard to see the picture when you're the one in the frame 😌 Her move into coaching looks like a giant leap on paper. In reality, it was a thousand little steps. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why high achievers still feel a longing for more, even after doing all the inner work ➤ Personal development as a quiet addiction, and what happens when we stop looking outside for answers ➤ The power of slowing right down, so you can finally hear yourself think ➤ Why resonance matters more than modality, and how clients choose the guide who feels safe ➤ Following little nudges, from a corporate career to writing a book she never expected to write This episode is for you if you've achieved a lot, still sense there's more, and you're ready to listen to the whispers of your heart beneath all the noise.
