National announces new alternative to bed tax

If re-elected, National says it will divert a portion of the International Visitor Levy revenue to councils, a council's share would depend on the number of overseas tourists who stay there. Rotorua Mayor Tania Tapsell, who ran for National in 2020 spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
