National Apprenticeship Week: Frankie Ciniglio - LSH Talks

Season 6 of LSH Talks marks National Apprenticeship Week, speaking to five of our apprentices both still studying and those who have finished.  Throughout the season we discuss why they decided to embark upon an Apprenticeship, how they balanced their time between studying and work, as well as what their time with LSH has taught them. Frankie is based between Chelmsford and London, supporting the HR Ops Team.  She came to LSH after a year working in Morrisons after she finished education, and decided she wanted a career in a people-facing role.
