The National Arts Council (NAC) in South African has announced that it has notified the arts organisations and individuals whose funding applications have been successful for this financial year. A total of two-hundred-and-thirty-seven organisations and individual projects, across the nine provinces in South Africa, have received grants totaling three-million-four-hundred US Dollars, with bursary funding for 2020 due to being announced soon. The total comprises one-million-five-hundred US Dollars for arts organisations and one-million-eight-hundred US Dollars for arts practitioners and projects.
