National emergencies, presidential power, Andrew McCabe and the 25th Amendment

Specifically the two discuss what constitutes a national emergency and the National Emergencies Act of 1976. Further the look at the historic context of presidential power in times of emergency and the way the Supreme Court has upheld, or struck down, presidential power.
