National Finals Rodeo & Holiday Pop-Ups

December is here, which means the arrival of National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, as well as the launch of several holiday pop-up bars/menus. And we take a deep dive into both in this week's episode, alongside a few restaurant reports and some news.
